What you need:
- One 12” x 12” Card
- 1 Clear PVC (front cover binding)
- Clear Double Sided Tape
- Scissors
- Marking Pen
- Ribbon
- Printed Tag/Label
- Ruler
Directions
1Mark the 12 x 12 inch card as per the video shows. Fold the card over a thin ruler, using your thumb nail or a bone tool to put a crease in the card. 
2Cut as directed by the video. Then use double sided tape to hold the two ends together. Apply two strips to the back middle of one end of the card. Then put one strip on the inside right side of the box.

Repeat for PVC lid.The PVC used is same as what is used for front cover binders. Alternatively, make the lid out of a complimentary coloured card. Note the the lid is slightly bigger than the box.
